A member of the IESO can take a course to become a Certified Residential
Mold Inspector. Once the courses are taken and the certification is in
place, a person who is a Certified Residential Mold Inspector is able to
perform mold inspections on residences according to the standards made
for IESO. Representatives from the Indoor Air Quality consulting
industry developed the standards that are used in the IESO Residential
Mold certification.
