When it comes to Blueair air cleaners, you will be faced

201 Air Cleaner
The 201 air cleaner uses the new HEPA Silent technology, a
combination of electrostatic and mechanically filtration that is

faster rate and has a noise level of 30 to 43 dB. This unit is one of
the most energy efficient air cleaners and is one of the quietest in its
class and can cover a room of 200 square feet or 20 square meters.
The Blueair 201 air cleaning unit is 21 inches in height, 17 inches in
width, and 9.5 inches in depth and weighs 25 pounds. The clean air
delivery rate (CADR) is 128 for smoke, 140 for pollen, and 134 for dust.
This unit exchanges air at least five times an hour in a 200 square foot
room. The air flow rate is 82 - 141 CFM. The power consumption for this
unit is 20 -50 watts.
301 Air Cleaner
This unit can clean air in a room that is 209 square feet and this unit
also uses the patented HEPASilent technology that traps up to 99.97
percent of particles that are 0.1 microns in size. This includes dust
mites, pet dander, mold spores, and pollen that bring on allergy
reactions in people.
The 301 contains the same filter technology that the larger
Blueair units contain. It also includes features such as a quiet running
motor, very low energy consumption at 20 - 60 watts of power, and is
easy to maintain in order to change the filters every six months. The
301 model is 21 inches in height, 17 inches in width, and 10 inches in
depth and weighs 24 pounds.
402 Air Cleaner
The 402 model air cleaner is like the other models that Blueair
produces. It is also designed to free the air of allergens that affect
the air that you breathe in. This unit can clean a room up to the size
of 365 square feet and also uses the HEPASilent technology like the
other Blueair air cleaners.
The 402 is not to large in size. Its 23 inches in height, 20
inches in width, and 11 inches in depth and weighs 34 pounds. The power
consumption of this unit is on 20 - 80 watts. The noise level is 32 dB
on speed one, 39 dB on speed two, 46 dB on speed three, and 58 dB on
speed four.
501 and the 601 Air Cleaners
The Blueair 501 and 601 air cleaner are both compact unit like the other
models. They’re both 26 inches in height, 20 inches in width, and 13
inches in depth and weighs 35 pounds. It contains a Swedish design that
can match any basically any decor and is very energy efficient at only
15 watts of power consumption on its lowest setting and 95 watts of
consumption on its highest setting. Its air intakes are on all sides and
from the floor. Both of these units use the HEPASilent filter
technology.
These units come with a standard particle filter set that is already
installed. It offers up a ten year limited warranty and has no ozone
emissions. It also has a smooth metal surface that allows for easy
cleaning. The maintenance on both units is very easy. All that is
required is that you open the lid of the unit, take out the filters and
replace them about every six months. You can choose the SmokeStop filter
kit if you have a heavy smoker in the house or there are a lot of
harmful gases in the air. The501 model can clean a room up to620 square
feet and 601 model can clean a room up to 679 square feet.
